This is Jenny and Ole's place, were I stayed for a week when attending the Norway Home Education conference, which took place in a campground, nereby in "Amot Vinje".
Many conference participants also enjoyed gathering here at the farm during the conference days. It's a very different lifestyle here than what many of us are used to. No electricity in the house, and one gets to use an outhouse, but the food is mostly homegrown and enjoyed by visitors. It is a wonderful experience, even if that might not be your lifestyle. Jenny and Ole are great hosts
Ole and Jenny work very hard to maintine the farm, but enjoy the choice they have made.
To help out on the farm they have "Woofers" visit for varrying lengths of time. (WWOOF)
They were asked asked to re direct the cow back to the pasture were she belongs. It was not so easy a task.
